Hi, I’m Amber! Certified Grant Writer, Project Architect, and Funding Strategist committed to helping purpose-driven organizations turn meaningful ideas into fundable, sustainable programs.
As the founder of Living Proof Grant Writing LLC, I work with nonprofits, ministries, Veteran-serving organizations, small businesses, and community-based programs nationwide (And I absolutely love what i do). I specialize in developing comprehensive funding strategies, designing programs, and writing compelling proposals that connect each organization’s mission with the priorities of the right funders.
My work goes far beyond filling out grant applications. A competitive proposal begins with a strong foundation. I help clients clarify their vision, identify community needs, develop measurable outcomes, build realistic budgets, and create practical plans for implementation and long-term sustainability.
My approach combines research, strategy, authentic storytelling, and relationship-building. Rather than chasing every available grant, I help organizations identify opportunities that genuinely align with their mission, programs, capacity, and long-term goals.
I am also proud to be part of the Learn Grant Writing Global Collective, a community of professionals committed to continued learning, ethical grant development, and creating meaningful funding outcomes for the organizations we serve.
My work is deeply personal. My own journey through trauma, recovery, motherhood, and rebuilding taught me how powerful the right resources, relationships, and opportunities can be. That experience shapes the compassion, determination, and integrity I bring to every client and every mission entrusted to me.
When I’m not developing funding strategies, you’ll usually find me exploring the beautiful Pacific Northwest with my four children, mentoring women in recovery, or helping Veterans in my community connect with meaningful resources.
